Can I buy a Day Pass to an All In Event?
Yes, please check the event on our homepage for available tickets. We highly recommend buying tickets early, as we usually sell out.
Is wardrobe included in the All In ticket?
No, wardrobe is not included in the ticket. Wardrobe and ski storage is optional, and must be bought separate.
Can I buy tickets to All In Events at the door?
Yes, we sell tickets at the door as long as there is still capacity. We recommend buying tickets early on our webpage to secure entry.
Can I upgrade to All In Platinum ticket at the door?
Yes.
Can my friend pick up my All In ticket?
No. For security and ID purposes, tickets are only issued to the person who made the purchase.
Is it a problem if my name is not on the All In ticket?
Yes. Tickets cannot be resold.
Our tickets are personalized to ensure security and adhere to ID checks. If you've purchased tickets for a group under one name, it's acceptable, however, the named ticket holder must be present during entry.
Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited to prevent fraud.
For security purposes, we cannot change the name on the ticket.

Our VIP Area - The Mezz includes:
Premium access to our exclusive bar, personalized table service and private tables overlooking our Afterski Floor.
Whats included in a Golden Ticket?
- Access to Afterski Floor
- Access to Kitchen Bar
- Access to Stallen Saloon
This ticket does not give access to our VIP Area.
Is wardrobe included in the ticket?
No, wardrobe is not included in the ticket. Wardrobe and ski storage is optional, and must be bought separate. This applies for all ticket types.
Does the Afterski ticket also apply to Kitchen Bar?
Yes, it does!
How much does the Afterski or Kitchen Bar ticket cost?
Our prices vary from event to event.
Can I buy tickets at the door if the Afterski is sold out online?
Yes, you can buy tickets at the door. However we do recommend tthat you buy your ticket online to gurarantee your spot before arrival. (To guarantee your spot, we suggest getting there early. Please note that this applies to regular Afterski, not All In Events.)
Can I skip the line with a pre-bought Afterski ticket?
With a pre-bought ticket, you can ride the fast track, but if you want to skip the line entirely, you'll need a Platinum Ticket.
Can I claim a refund for my ticket.
No

Absolutely! We highly recommend pre-buying a wardrobe ticket and ski storage ticket due to the limited wardrobe capacity.

How can I secure entry to the VIP section – the Mezz?
You will need a VIP Ticket or Platinum Season Pass to secure a spot at the Mezz.
How can I make a table reservation on the VIP Area – The Mezz?
Table reservations for VIP can be made on Stavkroa.com under the tickets section for each Afterski event. For reservations regarding our All In events, please contact us at booking@stavkroa.com.
